DOEACC involvement in E learning and web based learning methods

As mentioned earlier with changes in times and economical developments in global context the need for high professional skills and talents in the field of technology and computer science has been brought into focus. Alternative working conditions with the shift of knowledge to far advanced technological concepts and cutting edge communication technologies that are being developed today. Requirement for creative thinking processes, trouble shooting with the utmost efficiency and collaborative working methods to achieve mutual goals and adapting to all sorts of working environments and behavioral progress have become key issues in all working employees of today.

Learning and educational process have become an all encompassing and persistent need of the hour for both individuals as well as the business organizations. Formal education received in professional capacities are being highly recognized and duly compensated in all public and private sector organizations.  DOEACC has duly recognized the need of providing working force of the nation with the required abilities to perform with quality and adequate digital literacy and proficiency. Therefore encourages all employees to take part of their study systems and courses that have been specially developed to facilitate their needs.

E learning encourages the users to get the maximum use out of the digital world of technology. Therefore the Department of Information technology of the Government of India has initiated a project to educate the trainers of IT and train them in the process and systems of creating proper environment and conditions for the designing and development of IT contents and services and to familiarize them with the e learning environment. The trainers who will undergo this training program will in return pass on their experiences and knowledge to their students by way of course studies in institutes, colleges and universities and also business organizations. 

Trainers will receive education in the key areas of learning fundamental of the E-learning process and related hardware and software that is connected with the e learning. They will be introduced to the pertaining tools required for the formulation and implementation of the e-learning process. In addition the training course will educate the teachers/ trainers in the process of developing and using course contents and syllabus pertaining to E-learning process. This project has been implemented by several DOEACC centers including Aurangabad, Kolkata and others. The project has been implemented with the utmost success and the teacher/ trainers who underwent the training program are highly satisfied with the knowledge base and experience received as a result.
