Important DOEACC notices for students in a nut shell

  • Students who are registered for a course has to successfully pass all theory papers and the practical sessions and relevant papers before submitting an application for registration in a higher level course.
  • Students who have passed all the relevant practical and theoretical papers in a certain level can apply for a registration in the next level before submitting the project report for the earlier level. However, such students will not be allowed to undertake any examination in the next level until the student submits the completed project to the society.
  • Students do not need to re-register for each examination for the duration of period allotted for each student in their first registration. Once the period expires a student will have to apply for registration in each examination.
  • A student who have directly applied for B level and having already passed in all the relevant theoretical and practical papers and the assigned project in B level can request for a certificate for the A level since the Level B course is a direct sub level of A.
  • Students who are facing the oncoming examination but have not yet received DOEACC identity card for any unforeseen reason will be able to carry on with the examination by providing valid government issued identification inclusive of a photograph such as a pass port, national identity card or driving licenses. For students who have registered through an accredited institute may take their identity card endorsed with the seal of the respective institute.
  • Students can apply for registration for any of the DOEACC courses on line by visiting the official web site of DOEACC. The site has different registration points for the students who are registering through any of the accredited institutes and for the students who are registering directly and with working experience. Therefore this is a time saving benefit that most students could take advantage of with out having to personally visit the society for the purpose of registrations.
