DOEACC customer service

Following are considered to be the customers or clients of DOEACC society by its administrators:

  •  Students aspiring or already joined to undertake any course conducted by the society in the basis of formal or non formal educational sectors.
  • The employed professionals or institutions that are also in the non formal sector and have been empowered to conduct the courses available through DOEACC scheme.
  • Institutes who wish to join the accreditation system of joining up their courses with DOEACC scheme.
  • Prospective and current employers who are willing to be accredited with the scheme in all government, department or private sectors.

What are services provided by DOEACC to their customers?

  • Counseling and advisory services to the students who wish to follow any of the courses under the scheme.
  •   Undertaking of registration process for the students to follow courses at level O, A, B or C.
  • Undertaking of examinations for all courses mentioned above.
  • Examinations are held in January and June within a year and are considered to be recognized in the following manner.

     O level on par with the course of foundation level

     A level to be on par with advanced Diploma received for studies of computer applications

     C level to be on par with a course or degree of Master of Technician level

  • Society will handle all inquiries and disseminate information in the most efficient manner in order to service their customers with the utmost level of consideration
