The society has established a net work of contact points in all regions of Indiain order to handle all aspects with regard to inquiries and complaints of the students and concerned parties of DOEACC scheme.

DOEACCsociety receives many complaints and grievances reports from their students and respective concerned parties. They make the maximum effort to handle all such complaints and grievances in order to ensure a smooth flow of educational system within the scheme. Most common complaints lodged at the society are by students on account of losing identity cards or admission cards. However, there are instances when students are unhappy with their given results and make a point of lodging complaints in this regard requesting for remarking or expressing their dissatisfaction pertaining to the procedure of examination.

On a very disheartening grievance point is the influx of reports the society is receiving with regard to other phony and sham institutes who apparently make representations that are replicas of syllabus conducted by DOEACC or fake authorizations to carry on administration of DOEACC courses out side the empowerment of the Society.

Society has made arrangements to address and even out such complaints and grievances lodged by any concerned party through a unique mechanism developed by them. The chief grievance officer appointed by the society will attend to all matters pertaining through a preset prescribed procedure and will take immediate action on all events and necessary matters. He has the discretion of taking any serious grievances to the hierarchy of the administration system to be managed and solved in that level of competency.

There are dedicated emails contacts given to students following each level of courses to get in touch with the society as and when needed. Administrators appointed for each level will get in touch with the particular student and attend to their inquiry or clarification matters.

Students are encouraged to keep in touch with the society administrators with regard to any of their inquiries that need clarification in order to avoid further disruption to a smooth flow of studies that is necessary to obtain the desired qualifications at the most efficient time limit. Students could obtain a list of the designated officials and their telephone numbers for each course under the scheme and keep a record of it for future references.

In return for extra care and efficient services provided by the Society to their customers, the society expects all students and other customers to adhere and abide by certain norms, guidelines and principals that are stipulated in detail in the provided registration form for the student registration. The society strictly expects all students to abide by these stipulated regulations.
