Notable accomplishments of DOEACC

Under the purview of the Department of Information Technology and Computer Science the DOEACC Society has developed a program of training and development for customer care and support in the sector of information technology enabled systems and BPO (Business process outsourcing) to educate students with required skills and knowledge befitting the professionals of the industry. IETS-BPO course has the same aim with regard to benefiting students aspiring to join the customer care and support sector and the course is structured with a curriculum that will guarantee employment opportunities for the students on successful completion of this course. The course contents are similar to that presented in DOEACC ITES course.
